Laurie is using her education from IIN to help people with chronic illness, who are tired of taking numerous medications, reduce and eliminate their prescription needs with whole foods.  She also helps people thrive with chronic illness.

Health Coach Spotlight – Rochelle Blank-Zimmer

Rochelle Blank-Zimmer

Rochelle graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2006 and has been working as a successful health coach making a real difference in people’s lives.  Her practice, Your Natural Choice, is in central New Jersey just outside of Princeton.

In addition to private health coaching, Rochelle freelance writes for the Princeton Packet, writing a newspaper column called Go Natural. She also writes an online blog for that same paper called Your Natural Choice. Rochelle gives vegan and raw food cooking classes at several places in the area as well as gives monthly talks at a wonderful wellness spa in her area as well as many Senior establishments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Health Coach Spotlight- Kat Conrad

Kat Conrad is a foodie at heart & has always been passionate about nutrition & REAL, fresh food from the earth.  She is using her IIN education to teach people how they can incorporate natural, healthy food into their diet & lifestyle.  One way she does this is by teaching ‘Raw Food 101′ classes at Whole Foods Market in Tulsa, OK.  She also offers one-on-one coaching to help her clients take easy steps towards meeting their goals.

Kat is a breast cancer survivor who has experienced firsthand how a healthy diet can provide an abundance of energy & promote healing.  She wants to spread her knowledge & help others experience true wellness for themselves.

Kat loves her local farmers & serves on the board of her local Cherry Street Farmers’ Market, which was just voted ‘Favorite Farmers’ Market in Oklahoma’ by the American Farmland Trust!  Her Saturday morning market is always a fun event & she loves converting her friends & clients into market fans!

Kat has many projects on the horizon.  She is currently working on several book ideas, including one based on her ‘Raw Food 101’ classes & one featuring her local farmers.  She will soon begin hosting wellness retreats, which will incorporate juicing, raw food, yoga & coaching in serene locations, allowing healing & rejuvenation.  Look for her books & retreats soon!

Diane coaches women who are in transition.  That transition may be a divorce, death, change of jobs, location or an empty nest.  She has worked with battered women and found that experience so rewarding mentally and spiritually.  At some point, Diane would like to get back to that but for now, she’s busy scheduling meditation classes and workshops in the Buffalo, NY area.

Jana Beeman

Jana specializes in helping beat migraine pain naturally and also works with those with food allergies. Jana is using her education from IIN to build a huge online following. She does one-on-one coaching and has just released her first Natural Migraine Pain Control Audio with many more on the way!

Jana has also produced a full line of instructional yoga DVDs for people who may not benefit from regular yoga. All are based on restorative practice,  designed for seniors, recovery, etc.

Among her endeavors, Jana is being interviewed by Nick Ortner for the Tapping Insiders Club and am contributing to a book a group of health coaches is working on for release the end of the year.

She’s also hosting a tele-summit titled Turning Back the Clock – A Festival of Anti-Aging for Body, Mind and Spirit which is launching in October.

As you can see, Jana keeps busy with many other projects that will help others get out of pain and get their lives back. Stay tuned to keep up with her!
